I will use Citywide’s services again in the future. Dave came and replaced the valve for my garden hose and was cheaper than other quotes I got. He came within an hour of me calling and didn’t take long to finish the job. He was very nice, professional, and did not try to sell me on any other non related services like other companies have done in the past. I am very satisfied with their services. 5 Stars and more!

After multiple failed attempts with other AC company to try to repair our AC , we finally had City Wide come out . The technician wasn’t only friendly and professional, he was very knowledgeable and provided us with all the details of what needed to be done and how, not like the other company. In just a couple of hours our AC was finally fixed! Our only regret was not calling them out first to begin with.

David was prompt in responding and sold me a motor. He installed it quickly and was knowledgeable but that's not hard since I know little about ACs. There were some things that he was going to check and he did not follow up with me if he checked those things. I can only assume and hope he did. They were important. I emailed him to find out. Haven't heard back.

We woke up Sunday morning to our downstairs toilet being clogged from our upstairs toilet. I called multiple companies and they gave us incredibly high prices and couldn't come out on a Sunday. We called City Wide and they answered right away, made it to our house within an hour, and got it fixed at an amazing price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great father and son team! Replaced a fuse in the attic and installed a Nest thermostat. The dad realized that the unit wasn't blowing cold air and checked the capacitor and it was bad also. Explained everything and showed me on the volt meter. $250 out the door which was under what I was expecting. Very friendly!!! Will use again. Local team here in Moreno Valley Ca.
