The entire team at Stuart Rose solved a challenging AC problem for me, creatively, happily and less expensively than the competitive bids I received. I own an Eichler home and wanted to preserve the original architectural intention of the interior and exterior, a post and beam masterpiece with no attic space for venting, but needed to cool the house which has tons of gorgeous mid-century glass throughout, so the solar gain is significant. Special shout-out to Tracy, the estimator, who listened to my concerns and came up with a mini-split solution, and to the installers, especially Doug and Memo, who not only installed it perfectly but came up with a brilliant custom solution to help vent my portable units through the walls of the four bedrooms to avoid the sloppy look of windown venting. They went over and above the job requirements! I recommend them to everyone, but especially to homeowners who have special architctural and design preservation concerns, and who care deeply about doing things right. Linda in the office was also very flexible and accommodating and made the entire process very enjoyable. Thank you, Stuart Rose!

The technicians at Stuart Rose are very professional. I have had this company service my heater and air conditioner many times. I am always happy with their service.

In the dead heat of summer, I had Mark out at my father-in-law’s house to conduct a repair. He showed up in the time frame quoted, was able to deduce what the problem was, and remedied on the spot. Hillary was the one who scheduled the appointment. She was very kind and polite.

Had them install a top of the line, top dollar "Signature Series" air conditioner. But from the git-go - it didn't cool the house property. It was hot outside and would hit 80 degrees inside. They came out, said it was working properly and left. Had them back 6 months or so - they took it's temperature and insisted it was working properly. And they charged me for it.

Well, 18 months of this and another hot day got me pissed off. I called another company - they came over, checked it and found out it had never been properly charged. They charged it up and...voila! It cools the house on a hot day just like it's supposed to. Go to Hell Stuart Rose Heating and Air Conditioning. One big loser of a company.

This company has & remains the best! I was referred to them by a friend who used them & have never wanted or needed to look elsewhere. Stuart Rose is on top of their game.

Danny from Stuart Rose arrived on time, was efficient and very nice. He was obviously good at his job and we are very pleased with the service.

I would list as poor, as there is nothign "fair" about this experience......Had them come out to check out my heater that was leaking water, the first technician that came out wasn't able to stop the leak and said that I would have to wait over the weekend to get the repairs done. Waiting on Monday for a call, I finally called in and they were going to send out another technician on Tuesday, after explaining that I have water leaking and constantly having to drain buckets of water, they scheduled a "master technician" to come out, he was able to get the leak to stop, and then said they would call me with a price to fix the leak, explaining what was the problem. I get a call from the office to tell me that it would be $1025 to be fixed $400 in labor and $625 in parts and that they would be able to bet the parts for 3 weeks. So knowing a thing or two about the issue, went on-line and found the part they said they were going to replace for $212(which is retail price which is price gouging on their part), and upon further research found that the system is designed for easy fixes (ie replacing the motor or the flange, or the o-ring), and in this case it is simply an o-ring that needs to be replaced, which is $30(actually $12, but I am paying for 2nd day shipping so I may fix it sooner). Bottom line, I do not believe that this company does business in good faith, and will try to rip you off given the chance. I would not recommend this service to anyone, even people I don't like.

I'M A CANCER PATIENT-HEAT/AC OUT SINCE OCTOBER-CHURCH IS GOING TO HELP ME WITH REPAIRS BUT NEED A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. STUART ROSE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED BUT REFUSED TO HELP. WOULD GIVE ME A PRICE BUT REFUSED TO PROVIDE A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. DID NOT CARE AT ALL. DO WHAT I DID-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE OTHER COMPANY GLADLY PROVIDED THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE. 100% TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STUART ROSE AC AND WOULD NOT EVER USE THEM

As much as I like Stuart Rose as a person, the inner-office heating and air support and service team could use some serious training insofar as customer interface is concerned. I understand now why there are so many negative reviews.. Now we have another.
