Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning technician arrived at my home early this morning, performed the preparation work for a sink reset quickly and professionally. Later in the afternoon, after the work had been completed on my sink, he returned to reset the under-sink plumbing. Again, professional and efficient work. I enjoyed his visit, appreciate his work and highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

An excellent job! Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning installed an air-to-air reversible heat pump & air conditioning unit in our attic - to provide heating in winter and cooling in summer. The quote was competitive; queries and requests for clarification were answered promptly. The installation was carried out on the agreed day, and within the day. Their work was very tidy & professional - and all the pipe work and cables between the indoor and outdoor units were installed very neatly and unobtrusively. I would not hesitate to recommend Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning.

We have used a different company for the last 10 years. Our furnace was serviced at the end of May and we were told that everything was fine. Two weeks later, our furnace would not turn on. A technician came and found a lot of rust (which had never been mentioned by any prior tech) and said we would need to either do a major repair or replacement. We ended up with a truly ridiculous quote on replacement. We called Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning for a second opinion. The tech checked everything thoroughly. After a couple hours, he had it fixed. The system's air intake was stuffed full of leaves - something our previous company never checked in 10 years! We talked about how best to keep tabs on the rust issue, what to look for, etc. We will need a new furnace at some point, but not right now. When we do, we will definitely call Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning!

This company is the best! Their guys recently replaced our old ac and furnace. We were referred by our neighbor who had used them a few years back when he had to replace his furnace.
