They did a great job installing my Nest Thermostat - clearly experienced - and a few years later came as a favor in 15 minutes, at the end of their long, busy, cold holiday weekend, to bail me out of an unexpected furnace problem. Who does that any more? The best!

Ran into an issue during a freezing Thanksgiving week with a newborn that our HVAC completely failed. Having never replaced an HVAC system, I knew we were in trouble with how costly and on top of that what the lead time could potentially be. My wife was able to get in touch with Justin and needless to say - he was an absolute blessing to show up. Not only was he friendly, professional and knowledgeable - we had a very unique situation that he was able to navigate around. Of course our concern was getting this done in a timely manner but Justin went above and beyond with his communication, installation and details in making this normally daunting situation as easy as possible. My contractor recommended Rich Russo, the owner of R & S Heating and Sheet Metal. My house in Del Rey Oaks was built in the early 1950s with a heater but with no air conditioning, so Rich came out and provided me with an estimate for an entirely new system. The work was done in a timely manner and the new system works to perfection. The state-of-the-art Google Nest thermostat is pretty cool too - I can control it remotely with my smartphone. I am very happy with my new improved system and I highly recommend the services of R & S Heating and Sheet Metal.

Unfortunately, we did not find R&S Heating until our 4th try at a contractor to repair our furnace. The first three could not make their appointments, never returned calls, and ultimately did not make the necessary repairs to our furnace. Our R&S experience was completely opposite. They returned our calls promptly, showed up on time, and replaced our furnace re-configuring the location and the duct work to be more efficient and more easily accessible. Everyone one in the company was professional and explained everything along the way. If I could, I would give the company more than 5 stars since their service was above and beyond reasonable expectations. I have never had a better experience with any home contractor in 35 years.

The R&S team solved an I issue was having for the past two years, which was an extremely loud return air blower. Now, it's pretty much silent! I'm very happy and satisfied with their work. They were on time, friendly, organized, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend their services.

R &S Heating and Sheet Metal was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am happy to recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they provide. I've had them do 2 jobs for me. The first was replacing rusted out downspouts. The guys who fabricated the downspouts used old school craftsmanship creating downspouts that were cut and soldered,not the riveted together junk most provide today.

I most recently had Rich Russo, the owner give me a bid on adding an air conditioner. The heater in my home was only a few years old and in a small utility room. Adding a coil unit was not going to work in the cramped location. We also had issues with our ducting which had totally deteriorated since being originally installed in the 1980s. Rich came up wit a proposal to move our heater to a large crawl space under our home and to add the air conditioner, and all new ducting. The work was done very professionally by a team headed up by Rich's son Justin and Joe Gallagher. They worked with me to ensure I received the best install possible. I am very happy with the improved system, the price, and the workmanship.

I had excellent, professional and prompt service with R&S! Richard Russo, owner, gave me options and costs, and I chose the two stage furnace. It is very quiet and efficient. He gave me a quote and that was the final cost. His employees were all very professional and respectful. I would recommend R&S for all your heating, air conditioning and rain gutter needs!

R & S was wonderful to work with - they worked with me to find a convenient appointment time, confirmed it, and our service tech (Bobby) was very timely. Bobby was able to work in a very cramped space and successfully repair our heater! We appreciate his skill, perserverance, and professionalism- and the heat in our house! Thanks for your service:)

R&S just completed the replacement of four heating and air conditioning units. We could not be more happy with the installation, the operation of the units and most important, the quality of work and workmanship R&S brings to the table.
