This is a few weeks late but I am still thrilled with the service they provided. Our old HVAC unit decided to quit the last month of summer. John & company were able to come out look at the system & confirm the system is a goner. Good news the NEXT day (not a week or two, the NEXT day) we had a whole new HVAC system installed & running. We have now enjoyed the last month of summer & know that we will not have any issues this winter with heating! Thank you again!!

I can not recommend John and Global Heating enough. On the hottest day of the year, our AC unit broke. John came out the morning I called him and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately it was bad, and didn’t make sense to repair. John found a new unit and installed it the same day I called in 100 degree heat. He is kind, knowledgeable and quick. I will call him for anything HVAC related.

We had a great experience with Global Heating and Cooling. Due to an electrical problem, our heater ended up having a complex issue. Giovanni came out several times (as different problems popped up) and was very helpful in correcting the issue. He's very easy to work with and we're happy with the results.

So I glad I plunked down $10k on a brand new state-of-the-art HVAC system - NOT! My AC broke down and they promptly came over and rather than simply saying "it's broken, buy a new system" they dug deep, and identified several issues with the motherboard & servo motors on my almost 20-year-old system.

Amazingly, they were able to order the specific replacement parts within about a week, and get it installed within the next couple days! The communication was great; they notified me with all updates and progress. I probably SAVED around $9k thanks to these guys. My 20-year-old system is working without a hitch in the hot summer months :-)

As a bonus, they identified a few places outside the house and in the attic where rats had chewed through some wires & had caused a short-circuit. (They also recommended me a great pest control company which I used!)

These guys are the best and at a very reasonable price for outstanding responsiveness with professional service and high quality equipment. I hired them to inspect the HVAC systems for my house that has 2 zones so I have 2 A/C units on 2 furnaces (1 for each zone)…

I found John on Google and did more research on yelp before I called...They responded promptly to all my questions and so I scheduled them to come out…I now agree with the reviews I read…He's very honest, works hard and charges a very fair price…I had a problem with one of my two 25 year old A/C unit running all day but not cooling - I didn't know if it was the compressor or the capassitor or the coils???...The first appointment, John sent his crew who came out and did a thorough evaluation...They spent about 2 hours with me and determined that everything else was in great shape and it was just the R-22 gas that was low-to-none and I would be good-to-go with a re-charge. He told me it would take him a couple of weeks to get the R-22 since it is being phased out by the industry and difficult to acquire...We texted/emailed over the next weeks and he ALWAYS get right back to me so I never felt forgotten, and as promised, he showed up in person this time and pumped in my re-charge this week right before the “heat wave!!”.

His diagnosis was accurate, and right the 1st time. My system is cranking comfortably cold air and my family is so happy. His total fees were very fair, and he spent extra time making sure everything was working properly. Even after his crew performed the inspection he reviewed everything again and said “I like to see for myself since I’m here”…At no additional expense he checked my 2nd system which was already running ok and he gave me a thumbs up on that one as well…He was very thorough, which I appreciated. However, what I appreciated most was that the day prior he said he’d arrive between 11-1 and the next day he arrived at 11:15…I was able to return to work for ½ day!

Problems like this and dealing with trades guys can be tricky and expensive leading to mis-diagnosis and additional days off work to wait around so I really appreciated that John cared so much and adds a personal touch…He wanted to get it done right, and he did. Thank you, John!

FYI I called 2 other contractors on Yelp, who did not want to come out to see my setup…They wanted to know the age of the systems and said that they’ve seen many of these old units over the years and partial/full replacement is my only option…I’m kind of DIY guy so I always believe there is a way to extend the life of a system even if the quote ends up ridiculously high, however, at least humor me to explore the possibility!

When my system does need a full replacement – you can bet I’ll be calling John at Global for a quote and I'd be happy to work with him and Global again since I trust them 100%...

I want to give a shout out to Samantha Mercado and Global Heating for the excellent job they did on our heater. Samantha went the extra mile when it was thought that our heater couldn't be fixed. She seemed like a prodigy only having a year of experience under her belt.

John and son are excellent. I have a high-end heater that I bought with the house. Was installed in 2014, before me. But never worked for me. Have had multiple folks out here to fix it. Only John could get it working. Is extremely knowledgeable and kind

Furnace stopped blowing hot air at Christmas, so the day after I called a bunch of places, out of the two places I talked to, they were able to schedule somebody for that day. Due to something outside of their control, they couldn't make it that day. They came out first thing the next morning and their tech diagnosed the issue immediately. He went and got the part from their warehouse and had it fixed basically in about 2 hours from when he first came to our house. They also gave us a discount because of the previous day issue.

Fantastic service and will definitely call them in the future for any issues.

We are undergoing some house construction and our furnace generated an error last night and would not light. Called our regular HVAC guys and they could not help us until after the weekend. I called Giovanni at Global randomly seeking someone who could help and he diagnosed the issue on the phone and gave me some steps to try to resolve the issue. It was simple fix, but he was the only person I called who was willing to help on the phone. Immediately identified the furnace error code and helped me resolve the issue on my own. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was and accommodating given my questions.

They did a great job moving and fixing our air conditioning. They were courteous and professional. They worked quickly. They explained what they did and what we should do going forward to maintain the unit. I will be using them again for all of our A/C needs.
