We couldn’t be more pleased with the stellar customer service provided by ALL employees of Global Heating and Cooling Services. They were on time, and patiently answered all our questions. They were very neat and very polite. Douglas and John who installed our new furnace did a fantastic job. They were so courteous and efficient. They took care of the permit and all related paperwork and even followed up to see how the shiny new furnace was working. Well done, Global! We highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs, as well as for duct cleaning! They really care about their customers and their reputation. They offer top quality equipment complete with excellent warranty. Five star for sure, but we would give more stars if we were able. Thank you, Global.

Giovanni and the team have been exceptional! They are very professional and patient. They were able to complete a furnace and AC system replacement with short notice, working late into the night, and have been willing to come back to make sure every detail is correct. They even helped to fix an issue with our water heater free of charge! Highly recommended!

They told me that the inducer motor needed to be replaced, and quoted me $1K for it.

I then had another technician look at the furnace. He fixed it for $75, and the heater is working now.

They make up some reason for some expensive repairs and walk away with the diagnostics fee. They told me that credit card payment has an additional fee, and convinced me to pay with cash. So now I can't do a charge back either.

Picked 3 contractors to provide me with bids to replace my old attic ducts. Giovanni came out and we discussed the work. Since they were originally installed when the house was built, and the ducts contained asbestos, I first had to get an abatement company to come out and remove them. I got bids from other companies to do this. Once that was done, Giovanni's crew came out and replaced the ducts. They arrived on time and were friendly guys. My dog liked them right away so that was a good sign. Before they started the install, they asked about how we used the different rooms so they could run the new ducts in the most efficient way. Once the work was done, they said to see how it works, and they could come back in a week or so if needed to make any adjustments in the dampers to balance out the rooms to our liking. All in all a pleasant and stress-free experience. I would use them again.

I called Global Heating and Cooling Services today because my heater was not working. A very nice gentleman came on the phone and said I could for sure get an appointment tomorrow, but would try to come out today. They did come out the same day, figured out the problem, went and got the needed part, and fixed it! Another company I called last week said they couldn't come out for three weeks. I will use this company in the future for any AC/Heater needs.

I woke up to very cold house, my heating system fan was running but no heat was pumping through the house. I called for help and I was promptly assigned an appointment and my technician John arrived as scheduled.

He was polite and friendly, checked the entire system and quickly found the problem. He showed me what went wrong and how he fixed it.

There might have been other things that would have prompted a higher rate but the company did not charge any extra hours or labor.

I was extremely happy with the results and I have scheduled a maintenance of the entire system as well as duct cleaning. I highly recommend this company for any troubles with your heating and cooling systems, they are very professional and knowledgeable.

We have 30 years old furnace blower not working. Found Global Heating & Cooling on yelp and explained to John our model with problem and the other tech's diagnosis. He gave us quote on replacing the blower motor only. John started and completed the work on time and with great quality (He is a patience guy. Our old motor took him 30 mins to remove and he didn't complain and give up). He also provided multiple options for future replacement and repairs.
My husband and I are very happy with the services provided by John from Global Heating and will continue to utilize them for future issues as they were professional and provided affordable options.

My AC unit and Furnace all the sudden stopped working and I called Cost Less Heating & Air and as before, they were able to send a technician the next day. John showed up on time and wearing a mask and gloves. He was very thorough checking all systems and by a "system of elimination" figured out the problem. He was able to fix the issue and now both units are working as before. He was also able to point out some discrepancies with the original wiring of the system that he was able to quickly adjust to prevent further problems. Their prices are fair and if I were to need further assistance in the future, I will call them gain.

Called to get an estimate on a broken AC unit during a heat wave, and got a replacement unit on the same day. Great service, very pleased.

Extremely unprofessional and rude!
This morning they were blocking our neighbors driveway and the street with their van, and when politely asked to move they immediately responded by flipping them off and cussing and swearing at them and in front of their small children no less! Despicable people working here! We are telling everyone in our neighborhood group how they behaved and making sure nobody uses them around here again. Do not give your money to animals like this.
