I highly recommend Valley Plumbing Pros. We were helped by Richard, who was very professional and friendly. He explains everything very well on what’s going on with our plumbing issues and what he needs to be to done to fix it. He was very helpful and was able to fix our shower. We are very satisfied with his work, thanks again for all your help!!!

After our 14 year old water heater bit the dust, Rich from Valley Plumbing Pros took my call on a Saturday, gave me a reasonable quote (please do yourself a favor and call at least 2-3 places), and came out on Monday to do the removal and install. Great job! Totally satisfied!

A+ experience! I appreciated that the technician wore protective coverings on his work boots so my floors didn't get dirty. It was quick and easy and I felt informed every step of the way. Great communication and responsive. Rich called me back within 30 minutes of leaving a message. He offered to repair the water heater but it is more than 12 years old so we decided to replace it. Brought everything up to code for less than the price quoted. Nice to deal with an honest company.

If I could give more stars I would! From the start, Paola was very friendly and let me know they would send someone out to my house within the hour and sure enough Richard was here within that hour! Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the work he does and explained to us what he was doing.
