Valley Plumbing helped me with work on my brother's home (I live in another state). The technician was prompt and efficient. He was very pleasant, gave though information, and did the job well, keeping me informed throughout.

Called the owner Richard told him we had an emergency and was there within 20 minutes excellent service and we always use Richard for any plumbing needs highly recommend him to anyone

All my drains were clogged, called Valley plumbing and Rich responded in less than an hour. He was very professional and nice! Great service!! I busted an outside faucet and had water spraying in between the siding of my house. Valley Plumbing came out and quickly helped me get the water turned off so we could fix the problem. They were fast, friendly, and definitely came through in a time of need. Highly recommend!!

My contact at the office was Paola, very professional and concerned about my plumbing issue. She asked me a few questions about what I was experiencing, then she took my number and told me a plumber would be contacting me shortly, like within 10 minutes. 5 minutes later, Rich contacted me, and after a short conversation, he said he'd call me back shortly. Sure enough, he called me back and told me he'd be arriving within 15 minutes. Rich was extremely professional, cordial, and knowledgeable! Had my clogs cleared in about 30 minutes!! I called the owner of this business and to the best of my ability explained the sound I was hearing from the hot water heater. He was at my home within the hour and confirmed my suspicion, water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Asked him if he would be able to replace the next day? Next day he came with brand new water heater and did his thing. The finished job is very clean, sleek, and looks amazing. Most importantly it works great. I am very impressed by this Mans knowledge and ability. Would definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs.

Rich was the best plumber I’ve ever had. He was very fast and efficient, along with being friendly and professional. Once I showed him the problem he got to work and fixed it right away. This was an easy and stress free experience for me, and I will definitely call him for any other plumbing issues that may arise.

Of course during 4th of July we have an emergency plumbing issue (toilets and bathtub were backed up). I called other companies and no one answered the phone or when they said they would call back, they didn’t. When I called Valley Plumbing Pros, lady who answered (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) was incredibly nice, communicative, and helpful. She told me she would call back in 15 minutes with an estimated time for someone to come out and not only did she call back when she said, we were able to have someone come to our house in less then 2 hours. They showed up right on time and the gentleman that came out, Richard, was extremely courteous and professional. Because they had to get on the roof, he ended up having to call out a second person, Juan, who was also very nice. Luckily for us, they were able to get everything working and finished up in under 2 hours. I can not recommend this place enough. They charge a fair amount, and even if it was a little more expensive, their customer service and professionalism is worth every penny. We will definitely be using them in the future. From the very start they were very responsive and quickly gave me a quote over the phone as well as had someone come out within an hour. Very kind and positive people the technician was very kind and knowledgeable he solved the issue Quickly. The price was also great! I would 100% recommend.
