Modern Air has installed two HVAC for us & serviced them for over 25 years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. They come, are courteous & efficient every time!

Overall, very happy with my new 19 SEER Carrier heat-pump. While tech was testing the new unit in air-conditioning mode, I did notice the unit was working very hard. I opened the door to the closet and it then worked much better. I replace the air register in the door with an "egg-crate" style which let the air through with very little resistance. The unit would have burned up due to overworking if I had left the old register in, I'm surprised that the tech left that to me rather than taking care of it since it was such a critical matter .

The issue was not taken care of at first visit as they said it just needed cleaning. When furnace did not work again a few days later, a second visit found unit needed furnace part and new thermostat but part had to be ordered. Three days later they returned and finished repair. Unit working now.

Mr Moua and his partner installed a central heat and a/c unit today on my roof and done a fantastic job. They were prompt on time ,very professional, done excellent work, and I would highly recommend them to do any Heat and A/C work needed.

Justin was great, he called to say he was on the way. He got up on the roof, cleaned out the debris and checked the AC unit and said everything looked good. He'll be back in 6 months to do it again for the heating unit.
