Just called to schedule an appointment for an AC technician and the receptionist is very rude. When I asked for a time frame to make sure tenants or myself were present she was very rude and told me should could not give me a time. I asked if she could say it would be morning or afternoon and she continued to be rude by saying she wouldn’t tell me that either.. If you don’t want to lose additional business, I suggest getting a more customer friendly receptionist.

A large heat and air company in town diagnosed my older system as having low freon. They said they could replace the freon for 1k, but recommended I replace the whole thing, for 12 to 15k. Steve came out and replaced a part for $175. Air conditioner is working great again. Great service. This company will be my first call from now on.

These guys are great! Vicky in the office is always super helpful and Steve and Caleb are great techs. They always get the job done and they've helped me out of some tough spots over the years! Thank you guys!
