Fel-Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Had them install mini split 2 years ago. Good job good response. Now I need repair and after trying for 2 weeks calling the 3 numbers leaving messages, no one calls me back 😞😬. All I get is recording. Sad to say they must not be in business anymore 🙀. Looking for another company to help me.

Fel-Air came in and installed 3 split air units for my home. They were thorough, professional and made sure I knew what I needed to know. They also removed my old wall unit that didn't work any more. They also made sure I had a real good electrician to upgrade my home so I could have good heating and air conditioning. I so appreciate their hard work and I recommend them to be your air-heating company. THANK YOU!

My a/c was having a tough time keeping up with our use during the 110 degree days we've been having this summer. We bought a new a/c system from Fel-Air in the last year or so. It started to blow out neutral air, instead of cold air. Gus from Fel-Air came out to check the system out. He was very professional, thorough, and transparent about what was going on with the a/c. Had this company install a mini split system, one unit stopped working and it was like pulling teeth to get them to service it. Another unit stopped working and I was told a replacement had been ordered but nobody ever called. I called them repeatedly and nothing. I'm a Realtor and had them give me a quote for a home I had in escrow so they sent someone out to look at it and when I called the next day to ask for the quote they wouldn't answer the phone so we had another company do the work so we could close escrow. Why bother to send someone out and not provide the quote??? Very unorganized company and I will never do business with them again!

From the technician that first arrived to diagnose my system, to the installers, what a great company, right in the middle of a heat wave they made the time to install a new condenser unit in less than 2 days, I highly recommend this company, great customer service , great prices, AAAAA++++. Driving around in your company vehicle and a car pulling during heavy traffic hours by yourself Doesn't make you or your company look good at all.... I've seen a technician today while traveling home on the eastbound 60 freeway.

Fel-Air installed my AC and every interaction with them is a pleasant one. Adam been out to do annual maintenace on the AC several times, he is always polite and professional. I would happily recommend Fel-Air to anyone, and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Great install job and equipment. I’ve used them on a couple of my houses. Sometimes they lag on the customer service side of things but I understand they’re busy.
