They were prompt. But the repairman made a snide remark I didn't really like. The next guy that came out was very professional, seems like there's always a 7-10 days wait for all parts though. And they are not cheap!!

They were able to come out the same day and had all the parts they needed to repair my AC right then. The price was fair and the technician was really helpful. I'll definitely be calling them in the future when I need my HVAC fixed.

Unsatisfactory!!! Two technicians came. The first one charged us $200. He said it’s for repairing/changing two parts in the system. After an hour or so, I called them again because the vent was blowing moderate air, as if it’s just coming from a fan. The second technician came, but his diagnosis was it had too much refrigerant (Freon), so he decided to take out some of the Freon. It was a disaster because it resulted in blowing out warm air. The guy charged $85 more. 😭 We called for help, but they’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.

I totally recommend them guys! I tried to hire another service and he was overcharging me up the A$$$ trust your Gut! It will s$ave u and trust these guys. They're very honest, very reliable and they will tell you up front about what's happening to your unit. I'm happy to call them again and happy to tell everyone about their Great Service! This Company and its employees are great to work with. I have been doing business with them for years. The customer service from all employees both in the office and the techs that come out for the repairs or replacements is beyond what you expect these days!!! Thank you

Bad service , called like 3 times spoke to owner in person , and never showed up , till this day they still haven’t showed up , been waiting for a year already

They rescheduled 2 times and both times they forgot to make it out to my residence will not do business with them in the future.

My mother has been struggling with her heater for about a month now. She called a place in Bakersfield to fix her heater problems but all she got was the run around and 2 weeks later we (my husband and I) stepped in to help her. We were referred to Munguia’s by my mother in law. They were quick to come out and found out what was wrong with the heater in no time at all. In less than 24 hours my mother had her heater running better than ever.
I would totally use this company again. ☺️

I spoke to the owner in the morning and apparently he didn’t get the memo out till later they called me at 4:45 that they would send a technician out the next day
