The technician arrived at our house promptly, was very pleasant, and started working on the routine heating inspection. As we asked questions and he provided answers, he even allowed us to use his ladder to solve a different house issue. He did not intimidate us; he simply pointed out potential problems. A terrific man all around who provided excellent customer service.

Rosecrans HVAC Ladera Heights has been providing air conditioning repair services to our business for a while, but the most recent interaction merits a review. Due to the anticipated rainstorm, I was really concerned that they might no longer proceed with the repair on Thursday morning (the scheduled day). The pleasant girl who answered the phone when I called their customer service informed me excitedly that the technicians were on their way. Just by hearing her voice on the phone, I can see her grinning. Ten minutes later, two men arrived, and they quickly completed the task in the same manner as before. My supervisor was overjoyed because they declined the tip he was genuinely offering them. I would give it six stars if I could.

He was excellent; he came and took the time to ensure that the task was done correctly. Such company integrity is uncommon, therefore I'm grateful to have found a fantastic HVAC expert I can rely on. Much appreciation for a lovely experience.
