Nice and Cool Inc. Heating And Air Conditioning

Nice and Cool provides excellent HVAC service without having to wait at home all day. Our heater went out and we contacted them for service; the arranged for one of their repairmen to come over and gave us a 2 hour window when he would arrive. In addition to this we were told that the repairman would call 30 minutes before arrival and that allowed me to leave work once I received the call. When the repairman arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and got our heater up and running. To complete the repair a part had to be ordered and the repairman told us he would arrange to comeback once it was received. When the part arrived we were again given a 2 hour window for the service call and the repairman called us 30 minutes before he came over. He completed the repair and the heater now works perfectly.

It was a sigh of relief to find Nice and Cool Inc. My heater had stopped working right before this cold weather. From the moment they answered I knew I was in good hands. GREAT customer service, they came out and got my heating unit working at a fair price.
