Super nice guy! I had replaced my sump pump and he not only gave me pointers after we realized the problem was the ejector pump, but he replaced the ejector pump same day and fixed the remainder of my sump project for no additional charge. Highly recommend!

Great job fixing our broken gas pipes. The technicians explained everything and even gave us a discount because it was such a big job. Technician even responded to text questions on a SUNDAY. Their receptionists are not great (slow to relay messages and return calls), but their work is top notch.

This is the second time I have used Joe's Plumbing & Heating. Like my last experience, they came on time. The problem was immediately identified as a crack in my sink faucet. They went out and bought me a new one and installed it in less than a couple of hours - all on the same day.

The service person Jeremy B was on time and installed the water heater and explain things when I ask any questions he told me to wait about 30 minutes for the water to get hot. Be careful when you turn it on.
