After waiting to speak with the manufacturer of the water hear for over 30 minutes. I called Jeff’s Heating and Air Conditioning from another phone and they helped me install a replacement sensor over the phone. We finished before the manufacture ever answered.

I made a call today and within 2 hours Jeff’s Heating and Air Conditioning Repair technician showed up on time and even texted me when he was arriving !!! Was in face mask and social distancing guidelines. He explained everything to me prior to doing any work and walked me thru how and what should now be done. Zero sales pitch nothing but amazing service!!! They got my business for sure. Thank you
