Franco Heating & Cooling Air

Franco Heating & Cooling Air installed my heat pump with AC & vents last week. They did a wonderful job!

I live in an older home & have rec'd bids from various companies to install an AC system. Most companies did not do thorough inspections & gave me ball park quotes, always encouraging me to install ductless mini-splits even after I requested vents because mini-splits would be too bulky in my space. Understanding a little about construction, I felt I wasn't being heard.

Mr. Franco & his son did a thorough inspection & gave me several options, including installing vents in this old home, which was impressive. They are knowledgeable, skillful, resourceful, reasonably priced & efficient. And very importantly, they are a local, family owned business. I am extremely happy with their installation & excited to use the AC when the temps rise. I will continue to support them & encourage everyone to call them if you are considering installing heating and cooling in your home!

Enrique did a great job installing our mini-split system! He's a real professional and takes his job very seriously. He also was reasonable and fair in bid process and flexible in accommodating our schedules! Definitely a recommendation!

I had the misfortune of my central heat going out during this cold time. We put on extra coats and blankets for a few days to get through the weekend, then I googled this business. Enrique, the owner, answered promptly and said he could be here within a couple of hours. i was going to cancel the call, but after speaking to him he said that he could come by and take a look.

he arrived, checked my thermostat and some other things, then said there was a problem with my unit. After telling me fee for the service call, he proceeded to enter the attic and diagnose, as well as, fix the problem.. Approximately 1 hour later... we had heat again.

He was both professional and knowledgeable and told me that I should replace my filter often and have yearly maintenance done to avoid future problems.

His prices were very reasonable and I would use his company again and again!!
