David first listen to my situation and immediately took action to reactivate my A/C. Within an hour it was working and delivered cool air once again. David's truck was stocked with the parts need to reactivate my system. I liked that he didn't try to sell me a bill of goods, unlike other heating and cooling companies.
In brief, I would contact A&P Heating and Cooling for my A/C needs. In particular, David is top in my opinion.

Our insurance sent A&P to fix our wall heater they were very friendly got the job done right & went above and beyond to work with my work schedule that didint match theirs. We ended up getting a quote for central cooling and heating from them & they provided us with options all while providing excellent customer service today I am getting AC installed in my home & again they went above and beyond to help us find an electrician to update our panels couldn't be happier !

our 20+ year roof AC unit was ready to quit, it would work on and off and made strange noises. we were in search of a new one, we made calls and had 8 different companies come give us estimates, the verdict was the same across the board, we needed a full replacement, of the 8, only A&P and another one offered a Trane system. the estimates were a bit broad, but A&P was a bit below the middle of them all, Shannon was gracious and gave us a good gut feeling, she offered a decent price with some cool options and a couple of discounts. After discussing it with the boss lady, we decided to go with A&P even after reading some of the nutty bad reviews here. This is a big investment on our home so we were a bit apprehensive, got over it and pulled the trigger, i was at work so the wife dealt with the installation and check up and she was happy, which makes me happy. When installed, they forgot to install the wifi thermostat that Shannon had mention, emailed Shannon a couple of times about it with no response, finally decided to call her and she notified me that the email address on her card was not valid anymore, and apologized profusely. She said she wold check on the order and get back to me. She got back to me, and said that she didnt write the wifi thermostat on the order but that she would honor it as she does remember talking about it during our first encounter. We are still waiting on the installation of said thermostat, but I believe they will come through. Installation was seamless according to my wife, they changed what the needed and were done within 3 hours. Only a couple pieces of wood were left on the front yard and a 4x4 in the back yard, so clean up was almost 100%. The new system is quiet and efficient. All working well so far. Hoping to see a noticeable decrease on our electricity bill this summer with our new Trane powered system. The wifi thermostat should be a fun addition to our techie house. I will update review as things get completed.

Wifi thermostat was installed. I was hoping it was not the bottom of the line one but it does the work. Thank you again.

Very on time oriented. Lance (technician) was friendly and helpful. I appreciate his effort to arrive at the stated time, provide us with an accurate breakdown of the coast to both repair and to replace our old unit.

I'm so thankful that they are such a stand-up company. They stand behind their work and are quick to make things right, when necessary, to keep me (the customer) happy!!

Also, they were unbelievably patient and understanding with me when I was late meeting them; and then had to keep them waiting even longer when I discovered I didn't have the right key to get in. (Again, I'm so sorry for that and thank you so much for being so mellow about it and patient with me)!

A&P Heating & Cooling company did such a wonderful work for me .

First , they diagnosed that my old unit was not only none- repairable , but also about to pose fire hazard ( what is called "Fire Wall" was shot .)
They installed a new unit( Train Company made) and did a fantastic , most professional work with a great price . I recommend these guys to anyone , anywhere . They follow up their work , and make you feel you are their family friends. Knowledgeable , wonderful company .

I will never deal with A & P Heating & Cooling again! They have the rudest dispatcher and they do not care about people and do not understand what it feels like to have a broken A/C, small children, and it be 111 degrees outside. A technician came out once and the problem wasn't fixed and no showed the second time. When I called to ask what happened the dispatcher I spoke with was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor and I was SOL. She didn't care that my poor kids had been enduring this heat for almost a week and she could care less that my son had respiratory problems exacerbated by the heat. I advise people to stay away and go with someone else. These people don't care. They took my money and my A/C is still broken. They treated me like garbage and I'm sure no one is giving my situation a second thought. These people are disgusting.

Right on time and super quick. I would definitely recommend as they do an exceptional job in checking what the problem is and not only fixing it but making sure that you understand the problem. Super friendly staff as well that helps makes the experience excellent! In short, highly recommend their fantastic service!

Lance arrived right on time. As always, he did a thorough job of inspecting our AC unit, and going over what he found vHe is polite and fun to chat with.
