Great customer service! Our home warranty company sent them out after another HVAC company failed to correctly diagnose the problem with our A/C. The technician, Lance, was friendly and professional and had us up and running in minutes and thoroughly checked out our whole system. Very very expensive! $674 for a 15 minute job to replace a $20 part for commercial, however, they followed up with me after dissatisfaction and made it right with kind customer service.

Bad news our heater went out, good news is Lance was able to get it fixed in a quick and efficient manner. He also did a couple extra things that wasn't required of him but greatly appreciated after spending $1,800 on repairs. Highly recommend Lance as he knows it all after 35 years in the business I would think so. So stay warm and keep happy.
