We have used A & P heating the last 3 years for maintenance and repair. They are professional, honest and go out their way to make sure we are up and running. John is our service tech and he is amazing! I highly recommend them for all HVAC needs.

The A/C quit working and I called A&P. They came out the very next day, versus having to wait several days for other service providers. The Tech found and fixed the main issue within an hour. He ordered parts for another issue he found and will fix that in a couple of days. He did not try to oversell us on anything; he was honest, truthful, and straightforward. And, he was a really nice, friendly person, in addition to being professional. He has years of experience too. I highly recommend A&P Heating and Cooling.

A/C went out on the hottest day of the year as it about 110 degrees out. I was sweating profusely inside our townhouse trying to cool off as best as possible. My thermostat read 96 degrees. Called A&P and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Lance was the technician on call and couldn't have had a better experience. This guy knows his stuff being in the business for 35 years. I would highly recommend him as he repaired our A/C motor in a matter of 10 minutes. Not only was he able to repair the motor, but went out of his way to completely clean our entire unit, removing about 6" of debris. He doubled checked all the vents and completed a thorough check up of thermostat. Book Lance, he is the man.

I was able to schedule my a/c repair online, Todd came out the next day. Lots of communication and updates were appreciated. He was able to fix the issue the same day and gave an honest assessment of our system. We will use A&P in the future as our 1st choice

Lance was the technician that came out and serviced our AC. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. He's super knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. Looking forward to having him install our new unit in the near future.

John was on time and awesome. He listened to issues I was having. He got to work quickly and diagnosed issue and fixed it. He explained exactly what it was and what was occurring. Went above and beyond. Not only did he get our renters furnace running, he checked out our system all for just $99.00. It is comforting to know that the furnace is running properly with no issues at this time.

I received A&P’s phone number from Larry at Rooney’s Plumbing, who is also a very good plumbing technician, and I’m glad I did.

Chadd called me in about 30 minutes of Larry making the call for me. Chadd was very polite and scheduled Lance to troubleshoot why the furnace didn’t turn on.

I received a call for Lance and he told me a switch has been turned off at the furnace. He simply turned on the switch and the furnace began running. Then Lance checked out our furnace to make sure there were no other issues.

If you are looking for a HVAC contractor that you can trust, I strongly recommend A&P Heating and Cooling!!!

Lance was knowledgeable, courteous, and the heater's fixed at a reasonable cost! Scheduling was very efficient. I was given a 2 hour window that was fine tuned to my schedule so I missed a minimum amount of work to be at home for the service call. I highly recommend A&P!
