Technician Joe was good at educating me as to what the problem was, how he diagnosed it, and what he would do to remedy it. I was just disappointed at the cost. I declined the maintenance, which I had originally planned to do since they were coming out anyway, because, after the cost of repair, it was just too prohibitive. He was professional, showed up on time and finished the job quickly.

This company was very professional and honest. I would recommend them highly. After having three previous companies over the last couple of years give vague or overpriced estimates. It was refreshing to find an honest company that would tell you what you need and what to expect to pay from beginning to end with no surprises and excellent communication.

Daniels air-conditioning had been my "go-to" specialist for all my heating and cooling needs. They've always been quick to respond, reasonably priced services, and thorough diagnosis of my issues.

The workers were very professional in the performance of their work.
They laid down covering on floors,they wore shoe covering on their feet as while performing the work. The unit they installed on our roof operates in January works beautifully.

The technician showed up when expected. He took his time to research the problem and discovered an issue in two locations. He repaired the problem, and stayed to ensure the system was working correctly. Excellent service.

I had service two days ago. Was not told the exact problem but paid 99 dollars. Two days later unit is doing the same thing. I'll keep you posted to see how they take care of me. Not happy right now with this heat!
