Tokay Heating & Air Conditioning

Our 37 year old heating and air-conditioning unit finally gave up the ghost. We called Tokay on Monday morning and they sent someone out that day to see if it could be repaired. It could not. We began to call various people to get quotes on a new unit but no one could come out until the next day. Tokay came back that afternoon and Kahanu gave us a quote and said they could install the next morning! It was a great price we had 4 estimates last year and they were not the highest but they were not the cheapest either. They came right on time the next morning, took out our old unit, put in a new unit. Since our old one was so very old it was not an easy process but everyone worked hard and got the job done and we had heat before the sun went down. They were professional, friendly and left our garage cleaner than it has been in a long time. We would give them more stars if we could. Use them! You will not regret it!!

I had Tokay Heating & Air out to work on my HVAC system. The service technician, John called me prior to arriving and was extremely polite. When he approached the door, he put on booties to keep from possibly staining our carpets. We had great service and would recommend them to anyone. John was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the system up and running.

They are very considerate and do a great job.
