It took three calls over the course of two weeks to get someone to come take a look at my unit. The service technician was nice and informative. He told me the unit needed to be replaced. I called three more times throughout the following week to get a status update on my new unit. I never once heard from them. I will never use Miller's ever again.

Miller's recently installed a high efficiency Bryant heating and air conditioner in our house. I am impressed with the final product. They completed the job fast and expertly. Their guys were in and out of here with little to no mess and they hauled away all of the old equipment and disposed of it. This unit is fantastic and half the noise of the old one. We actually added in a few accessories such as a tray for the easy changing of the filter, an air purifier, and a WIFI thermostat. What a great convenience to be able to turn on the heat before we get home and to check it when out of town. The air in the house smells cleaner too. Worth adding in the extras! Thanks again guys.

Great service by knowledgeable people. Also they are fare and have honest pricing. The installed our whole system and has maintained it and serviced it a few times. They do an amazing job. I especially appreciated the speed of time they got me in when I had an AC emergency in the 💯 degree weather. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service.

Got a heater issue which can't be identified by another company, so called Miller's for help. Kevin come to us and spend half hour to test each part, then find out the root cause. One week later he come back again with all replacements shipping arrived. Replace the broken ones and give all heater cooler fan a test to make sure them work well. Kevin did awesome work, while answered a lot of my questions. Thank you!

Miller's has supported our home for many years.

There was a PG&E power surge that damaged our HVAC. Mike and the Miller team quickly came out to fix. Our controller board was cooked. The board was non-standard so they put in a temporary board while the exact model was rushed from the factory.

Then there is the rat story a year later. The HVAC was intermediately turning off. Miller's came out. A transformer was blowing out. After they replaced that they added a pop-up fuse to protect the transformer, nice commitment to quality.

Then the root cause was identified by Miller's. In a very remote spot in our 100 year old crawl space they determined that a rat had eaten the insulation off of the control causing periodic shorts.

The crawl space was sealed but a couple of years later it happened again. During peak summer heat Mike and Miller's got the air condition running on a Friday evening. I then replaced the control wires with ones that were metal cladded to provide protection against rats should they get back in the crawl space.

Miller's then came out on Labor Day and replaced the fuse that had blown before the new conduit was installed.

Their performance has been excellent.

Kevin from Millers came out and helped us turn an ancient zone heating and AC setup into something usable and installed a Nest Thermostat for us. Kevin was great and I would not hesitate to call Millers again.

On Tuesday, I called for an appt., and was pleasantly surprised they had a technician available to arrive on Thursday between 10:30-12:30. Ori arrived around 10:30 and completed the work needed within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Over the last few weeks, the air condition system in my daughter's home in Livermore has failed---it is no surprise it is near 20 years old---Miller Co has repaired it very quickly in the past but the old unit is DOA----A few weeks ago, I had JIM WILLIS come out and do a new unit replace and design for the house--Jim was absolutely top drawer in presenting a design and quote that I accepted---Install was promised in about 10 days----Today, as PROMISED, Miller technician, DAVE MAYHEW arrived with new unit and his tools and expertise ready to go---over the next few hours, Dave proved he is a very competent and able tech--he installed the new unit and thermostat and it took only minutes to watch the temp go down---I commend Jim and Dave as well as Miller Co for having such excellent representatives and service---On a scale of 5 STARS I give them 10!
