Sonny from Smarter Attic arrived at my home on time: he was nice enough to wait for me as I was a bit late to meet him there (I wasn't home when he arrived). Once I described the situation with my A/C unit to Sonny, he immediately knew what to do to repair my unit. He replaced the part that was bad and within 15 minutes my A/C unit was cooling my home. I highly recommend Sonny and the folks from Smarter Attic for A/C repairs. Thank you.

.I hired this company to remove old insulation and install new in my attic. The first time was terrible. Wrong size insulation(width). Batts upside down. I thought I hired a professional insulation company, mainly because of the good reviews. But after the second install, It's just as bad. I will post pics if I can. I just can't get over how bad of a job they did. Does anybody check to make sure their workers are doing a quality job? I'm not trying to be a mean to anyone or cause problems. I will re-do the insulation myself, even though I hate doing insulation,(that's why I hired a company). Examples of problems; 2 runs of insulation 18 ft. long have 5 pieces of what looks like scrap, some R-38 some R-30, that is just stuffed between joists, not stapled. The pieces are ripped and stained. Some of the tack strips are stapled to the bottom of the joists or torn off. I could go on but I've run out of time. I'm sorry if I hurt anybody's feelings or made anyone angry, but every word is fact!

Update; I posted some pics from both times they installed the insulation. I fixed the problems myself because the summer temps can be brutal with no insulation, so I sweated my butt off to get it done ASAP. No, I didn't sabotage their work, if that's what you are thinking. If they did work for you, just have a look yourself, or have someone look just to be sure everything is right, because most people rarely got into their attic, especially during summer.
I still have not heard from the company about making it right. A refund of the labor cost that I paid would be a step in the right direction. Again, I am not making this up, and not trying to stir up problems, just want to be informative. Thanks for reading. J. Hale

The heater went out the day before Christmas and I called them based on google reviews. They came out within an hour and Sonny was awesome. I have heat again thanks to Smarter Attic. Quick and a good price. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!

The company was sent by home warranty and my ac breaker kept on tripping. The last company that cameout 6 months ago did bad wiring when they replaced blower motor and my circiut kept tripping the tech fixed it and is now working.the Technician (Joe) was friendly and the service was fast I talk to home warranty on Friday and they are here today.

They absolutely did a great job, took pictures of before and after and provided them to me in an easy to read format. There was a minor issues with my bathroom exhaust fan and they came back out one day after and fixed it for me...when it was 104 degrees outside. Nico was fantastic!!

My family’s AC went out yesterday. I reached out to Sonny and he came through with amazing service. He determined the issue right away and was able to fix it. Thanks to Smarter Attic and Sonny’s efficient/clean work, my elderly parents don’t have to suffer with this summer heat and take in all the smoke from the fires. Bottom line...Sonny is the go to guy. Honest...reliable...SOLID!

Wow. These guys took a really nasty job and nailed it. 90year old house crawlspace with dead critters, terrible smells, and who knows what else’s was down there. They cleaned, sanitized and laid a vapor barrier.

Job was done quickly, professionally, and per quote. The crew, foreman, and owner were a delight to work with. They cleaned up and hauled away the nasty stuff. Totally totally impressed.
