My house is old and without central HVAC. It had very little insulation in the attic, about an inch two, and probably none in the walls either. Jessie was one of the guys that came out to give me an estimate back in June. He gave me a good deal, better than the other companies, but I wasn’t ready to get the work done until now. I feel bad the Jessie is not there anymore but David was very nice and helpful as well. Nico and his crew came out right on time at 630 am. They were very nice and professional. They worked fast and did a very good job removing the old insulation, air sealing, rodent proofing, and sanitizing the attic. They got the job done before 10 or a little after 10 and cleaned up afterwards. I am really glad I went with Smarter Attic. They are a local company and very responsive. I have high hopes that the new insulation will help us cope with the extreme weather we are having right now and the coming winter as well. I highly recommend them!

I recently hired Smarter Attic to perform several jobs, including Attic cleaning, Rodent Proofing, clearing and installing new insulation, cleaning of air ducts and vent pipes. Our AC went out last week and our Home Insurance contracted with Smarter Attic. Sonny was on time, wore a mask, was very pleasant and was able to have our AC up and running again in less than 90 minutes! Great service, and tech!

We have endured three remodeling projects on our house. Never have we experienced a contractor with such amazing communication skills! we were told when the workers would arrive and they always did exactly on time! first we had three layers of attic insulation vacuumed out of the attic. The two men who perform the job were very professional, neat, and efficient. Then a short time later we had new insulation blown back in. again, the workers were extremely polite, on time, efficient, and cleaned up immaculately!
We also had our dryer vent cleaned and were very happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Smarter Attic did a great job! Speedy and quality service. They came out within hours after being contacted and fixed our AC quickly for a reasonable price. Sonny was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.

Sonny did an excellent job of repairing my dilapidated ductwork. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and why. Much better experience than the last HVAC company I used. I will definitely recommend Smarter Attic to my friends and family.

Andrew was great he explained the process and answered all of my questions with out any pressure. His crew arrived on time and were friendly and worked very hard to get the job done on time. Andrew showed up on the job and helped with the finishing touches. Overall they did a great job I would recommend Smarter Attic to anyone needing duct or insulation work done.

Fidelity Home Warranty sent Smarter Attic out to fix our AC and we couldn’t be happier. Joe was friendly and very knowledgeable. They resolved the issue pretty quickly. Would definitely call them again for any future problems.

We recently had Smarter Attic remove blown insulation in our attic. I give them 5 stars for quality and outstanding customer service during every phase of the project (quoting, prep, work, repair and cleanup).

Andrew was very helpful and responsive during the quote/proposal process. After a few emails back and forth he suggested they come out to view the area. It was good he did as we were able to clarify the details and put together a sound proposal.

Jon was assigned as the project lead and he we extremely helpful in explaining the process to us and communicating our needs to the work team.
The Smarter Attic team came out and spent much of the day removing our insulation and debris. They did a very thorough job, even going beyond to spray disinfectant and deordorizer after the insulation was removed.

During the removal, one of the team accidently stepped through our ceiling. Jon, Andrew and the team immediately took care of the issue. They had someone available next day to make the repair at their expense. He did a great job particularly because we have lath and plaster with texture. He was able to repair and blend the texture in with amazing proficiency.

We have an older home and recently used the services of Smarter Attic. They removed very old insulation, sealed cracks, sanitized and reinsulated the attic plus cleaned the air ducts. It was a long, hot day. All the employees were courteous and hard working. I especially appreciate that they kept us informed throughout the day of what they were doing. I recommend the services of Smarter Attic
