The Pennies team is helpful and prompt! Same day, they came out to help solve our furnace issues AND completed all work necessary, including installation.They ensured my family had heat before the Thanksgiving holiday, displaying great care. Practicing great patience, communication, and understanding, Mr. Johnny and Mr. Filmon answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns along the way. With the heat approaching I contacted Pennies to have my AC unit serviced and let me tell you they are the best !!! My AC needed a few things and they got it done and the price was much better then I was quoted from another company !! Johnny is the best ... Our AC stopped working Saturday night. Sunday morning I called and Filmon came that same day. He told us what the problem is. Gave us a temporary fix until the problem can be solved. Overall very professional and polite.

Call Penny's the guy on the phone was very polite they sent the young individual out, we had a wet spot on the ceiling, it was able to diagnose and resolve at a reasonable price. Companies like this will go far and beyond the call of duty to make a customer happy
