Dial ONE Schilling Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Dial One Schilling early in the morning today. I was informed somebody would be at my home to help me. Nobody called or showed up. I dislike businesses that don't communicate with their customers and don't value customers. Can anybody recommend a reliable plumber

Mike displayed a very professional procedure installing my new Toilet. He had a suggestion on a problem I had. He gave me two options with two different prices. I took the higher price because it made sense.

Scott and his helper came out, checked out our A/C which wasn't working - fixed something very quickly, checked everything else very efficiently and charged us just the service fee together with our senior discount and left. Very happy with both the result and their approach, thank you.

Let me just say that Scott had such great communication skills had it been anyone else that had arrived I wouldn't have been this satisfied. Not that all three plumbers at Dial One might be similar our the same in how they speak to and with their customers. He answered my frw questions with a dignified and technical answer which is exactly what id hoped for. THAT seeled the deal for me. He worked like a pro and carried out the repair like a pro. How was awesome too. They worked well together. Im calling today to set up another appointment. I found then by going on Facebook and putting the word plumber in the friend search bar and this was the first one that came up with 15 of my friends giving them a great review or a like. That was goid good enough for me. Took less than two min to find a plumber ill be calling from here on out. Thanks guys.

I recently bought a historic home with a 40+ year old gravity floor furnace. I wasn't able to light the pilot this winter (it's difficult to see and reach) and called the insurance company. Two contractors they sent told me the furnace was not repairable and had to be replaced with new heating systems. I wasn't satisfied with their answers to my questions, so I found Schilling online and called them. Scott came out and lit my pilot, crawled under the house to examine the entire system, and gave me an estimate to clean and refurbish the furnace-which is all it needs, to last another 40 to 50 years. He took his time to explain everything to me so I understood his recommendations. Great experience and service!

They responded quickly and fixed my AC same day. Very happy with the service would use again.
