I highly recommend Goettl. All the technicians, Eric, Eric, Emanuel, Frank, & Todd were all friendly, professional and did their part of the work very well. I wish I had used them first. It was worth the price.

The repairman was good but then you talk to the manager and the manger tried to upswell etc. total sales man!

The service itself was great. Christian was polite and awesome. My complaint and why i will probably call someone esle going forward had to do with a simple device assistance. As a homeowner i like to try and do things myself - i installed a new thermostat and got the ac working but couldn’t get the heating to work. Rather than assist with a simple wire adjustment of sorts - being that the thermostat was already installed and cooling - Christians manager insisted on charging me for an installation i already completed and just needed help with.

So, rather than seal the deal with loyal customer, they have instead decided they don’t need or want my business so i will take it elsewhere next time.

I had some come out to assess an air conditioning unit on my home that kept tripping the circuit breaker.

After the technician told me that he was unable to fix my unit (it needed a new compressor), he tried to get me to purchase a new unit through them. I think he thought that because I was a woman I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to mechanical units, but he was very mistaken.

I told him that I had an appointment later in the week using my home warranty company, but I was just trying to see if I could get it fixed sooner and was willing to pay for their services if they could get the unit up. Technician continued to try to convince me to buy a new air-conditioning unit through them. I continue to tell him that I needed to at least try through my home warranty company, which he told me was a bad idea and told me that they would only credit me $800 towards a new unit. He had no idea what home warranty company I use or anything about them, he just continued to push me towards buying a new unit through them. I assume he gets a commission based on sale of new units based on how pushy he was.

When I finally was very upfront and told him I was not going to buy a new unit through them, he became very rude and almost hostile. Since this was all over the phone and I had my nanny home alone with my children, I asked him to please just leave because I did not trust him being in my home anymore with the chip he seem to have on his shoulder about me not purchasing a unit from him directly.

He knew I was driving because I had had multiple conversations with him via the phone, yet he sent me six different messages between the automated system and text messages from his cell phone directly, and called me twice demanding a pay him immediately. He had only been out of my house for about 30 to 45 minutes and I told him that I was driving and I need a time to get to where I was going before I could. I don’t understand why they make such a big deal about promoting email invoicing when you arrange the appointment if they are going to harass you for payment immediately upon leaving.

I manage a facility that has 180 for HVAC units in another nearby city, and our preferred provider was unfortunately backed up on another project or I would’ve use their services. I am always looking for a back up company and needless to say Goettl will likely NOT be that company.

The report he completed said he gave me price on replacement. I’ve asked for 2 weeks now have no one has been able to give me the bid to replace.

UPDATE: I contacted Goettl with my contact information per their request. No one ever contacted me.

Charles was amazing! He came to do our rejuvenation. Throughout the process he asked us questions and let us know any adjustments. Best part about our service was that he promptly discovered and issue that was not attended to during installation and called to get it fixed right away! Our fan system was not installed at the time our new AC /Furnace was installed. We were just told they can only install the AC or the fam but not both. Charles said this was not the case and made sure to get it taken care of immediately! We are very appreciative of him and taking the time to discuss everything with us and answer our questions. Highly recommend Goettl!

Edie came and showed in great detail all the components that needed to be checked on the AC units, before proceeding with testing and repair. He is very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I was extremely happy with his work and glad that he came by. Job well done.

Carlos and Nicholas were perfect gentle men, professional, respectful, and patient. Carlos answered all my questions and explained everything. Kept house clean and removed all trash. Very knowledgeable!
