Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing - Lake Forest CA

Needed a drain cleanout of washing machine discharge pipe. Ad for $88.00. Tech charged me $350! Said because it does not have dedicated access. No problem at all. He ran the snake down the pipe @ 3 times. Ran water down the pipe & everything cleared.
Another bait & switch?
Trying to sell me a $20000 ozone cleaner???

Christian was very thorough, explained all the issues and options and answered all my questions. I really appreciate Goettl being here so quickly to get everything back in working order.

My technician, Christian, was very well mannered and a highly skilled professional. He was through in servicing both my furnace and AC. He checked the heating and A C ducts in my home for leaks and gave me tips on how I could improve air flow efficiency. Goettl deserves a 5 star rating.

Not satisfied with service technician who made a service call at my residence today Dec 15t he left screws unattached to my unit, overcharge me for a sensor and told me they cost way more then the one he installed which was not true a $20 item and he charged me $130 for it. I can't believe it that you all ripping people off like you do. My unit is just a few years old certain parts should still be covered under the warranty.
I had to call just to receive my receipt for the service, I am very dissatisfied with Goettl.
I wouldn't recommend your services to no one.

They also put in a brand new air conditioning unit. I had Oscar and Jason as my technicians, They were very reliable, knowledgeable very informative knew exactly what they were doing and also very friendly.

A/C & Furnace. Angel & Enrique did an amazing job. Their work is very meet & professional.

Art was very professional and instructed us on how to make our system run efficiently. In addition, he diagnosed the problem and made everything right to get our heating fixed.

I had a different company fix my heater. There was one issue they couldn't or wouldn't help with. So even after the heater was fixed I couldn't use it. I called Goettl and Ethan came out and fixed the problem. He was on time, courteous and very helpful.

Ghetto did a heating and air conditioning installation for me. The installers came and was considerate and thoughtful and communicatively pleasant and knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient in the installation, they took care and protecting my home as they worked inside and out and cleaned up everything and hauled it all away. I was very happy with the workmanship and the service.
