They installed a new A/C & heating system for us. They arrived on time and began work right away; it took six hours to complete however the system has been working great. This system is way better than the old system we had previously. The technicians were attentive and courteouws.

Derek was very professional and cleaned all the workings, checked the electrical and gave me full status of my air conditioning unit. I am very happy with his service and would recommend him.

Nick and Juan were/are great reps of Goettl. They completed the install of our 4” vent filter and UV mold machine within an hour. They also cleaned all our vent and duct systems. Thanks for the work

I scheduled for someone to come to our home and give us a quote for a new HVAC unit. They would not give us a quote until we signed a contract. Why would I sign on the line before I know what I am getting into?

2023 Updated Review: Since our previous review, AJ, a head manager at Goettl, cordially reached out to me and sincerely apologized for the issues I previously experienced with Dynamic Air Services. Under the new ownership of Goettl, the individual who caused the issues in my original review was let go in an effort to maintain a higher bar of quality within the company.

As a result, AJ helped reimburse me for the issues we faced and also offered follow up solutions for our original HVAC problem.

It's great to see when a company acknowledges an issue and goes above and beyond in addressing them.

Original 2022 Review: We had an HVAC air balancing issue across our home. We contacted Goettl (formerly Dynamic Air Services) based on the company doing ductwork on our house with the previous owner. Unfortunately, we had a (very) poor experience because:

1) Issue analysis was time consuming, costly, and led to no solutions
2) Poor repair recommendations, which led to:
2) Property damage (see photo)
3) Not returning our dozen+ calls since the damage
4) Leaving us in a predicament worse than where we started

Goettl/Dynamic's first tech sent out. Rather than investigate the air balancing issue he recommended we install a new mini split system costing over $10k to address the imbalance with airflow.

We contacted Goettl/Dynamic and they recommended sending out another more experienced tech. The tech said he knows how to fix the HVAC issue, but will need to cut through drywall to where he feels nearly confident the ductwork exists to create multiple HVAC zones. Unfortunately for us, he guessed the wrong area, and left us with damaged drywall.

We contacted Goettl/Dynamic again to explain the issue. They mentioned they should have scoped the ductwork with a camera instead of guessing where the split is behind the walls, and will come out to complete this work.

This is where Goettl/Dynamic stopped following up. We texted and called over a dozen times- escalating the issue multiple times with customer service. No one ever returned our calls.

Based on the experience above and the resulting damage to our property, we would strongly recommend avoiding work with this company.
