I've done a ton of business with these folks over the years. They've always been a full-price outfit -- but they stand behind their work and their senior techs at least are very knowledgeable, and the people are super nice and on balance it's fine. Not maximum value, but fine. Or, it was. But, they grew too big too fast, and now they're hopeless. Multiple visits to fix simple problems and new, utterly absurd prices. I just had a $10 part replaced. They asked me for $710. When I showed the manager the Amazon listings for the same parts for between $7 and $17 and asked "what about yours are worth 70x the price?" the manager said "would you be happy if I took $200 off?"
I don't often bother with reviews, but they specifically asked me for one today, so here's an honest one. I've been a loyal customer for five years, done tons of business with these folks. I recommend you find someone else.

Absolutely awesome. Showed up the next day, on time. The technician was polite, professional, patient and competent.
A/C is working well and they went through everything and informed me of the issues I a about to have with a cost effective solution.
It's nice to feel good about a service after it is complete. Even signed up for the maintenance program that they have which is cheap.

Real hit or miss, I want to like them for their service but the quality is inconsistent.
I had a tech out to fix my minisplit unit. Even though I recieved an automated text the day of the service, they had actually rescheduled my appointment without telling me so I wasted a few hours waiting around for them. They scheduled me the next day, which was nice of them, but the service tech forgot a tool necessary for the job and thus extended the gig into a third day.
They have a 2 year warranty on most services which may make the whole ordeal worth it, but they are nearly double the cost of other service providers in Long Beach ca.

My experience with Dynamic Air Services was very pleasant and awesome! They were professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining what they were doing. They were very meticulous during the installation process on both of my a/c and heating units. They were very thorough after unit installed to run diagnostic test on my new a/c and heater to ensure everything was flowing well. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Kudos to the Dynamic Air Services team (Ethan, Sean, Mark, Victor, Jose) for a job well done.

The tech was pleasant but did not really deal with my wall unit AC. Said they did not work on my type of small unit in living room. I had been very specific about my type of air conditioners when I applied for a service checkup at Home Depo. The best part is they did not charge me after telling me it would cost between $10,000 and $20,000 to install a new split system

The gentleman was so responsive to my needs. I had a water heater issue last night and the pilot light was extinguished and it would not turn back on. I spoke with this gentleman in the morning basically crying and he offered to help. It took a while but he got the pilot lit. I am so grateful there are still solid companies out there willing to help people in need. If anyone needs a company that is professional, caring, understanding and prompt here they are. Thank you so much. I will be calling you with any future issues.
