Complete Comfort Plumbing Heating & Air

Just had 2 new air conditioning (heat pump) units installed at our house. The old ones were 21 years old and on their last legs.

I called Complete Comfort first, on a recommendation from our neighbor, who had new units installed a couple of years ago and highly recommended them...and wow was he right!

From the time that David took my call and Mike showed up to inspect and provide an estimate I knew I was in good hands.

After approving the estimate we had to wait about a week and a half for the units to be ordered, delivered and installed. I figured this was a very acceptable timeline, considering we were in the heat of the summer and they likely have lots of calls and other customers to attend to.

Their foreman Eric and his assistants were top notch from beginning to end. Taking care to not only lay down tarps throughout the walkways in the house, but vacuumed and cleaned up meticulously each day before they left.

I can't say enough good things about this company, so I am certain that anyone who uses them in the future will have a similar experience. Thanks a million!!

Very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the job. Mauricio was very through and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and got our furnace back running like new. I highly recommend this company.

4/12/21: Luis D. & Mauricio S. were both very professional, friendly and quick during our first Service and system adjustments. Both were very conscientious of COVID-19 protocols.

10/20/20: Eric B, Joe B., and Alex B. were friendly, punctual, quick and kept our whole house clean throughout the replacement of both of our attic gas heaters and backyard heat exchangers ... with all-electric Heat Pumps ... as well as replacing all duct-work and vents ... all while finishing a day ahead of schedule!. On top of that, they were extremely conscientious about COVID-19 protocols.

We received absolutely phenomenal service from Eric B. and Joe B. Their customer service skills are to be highly commended! They were friendly, kind, professional knowledgeable, respectful and very thorough! While performing the job they also ensured the place was always clean and well protected! Excellent team work! Thank you!

Called late yesterday afternoon for ac not blowing cool air. I booked the appointment for today and Eric was here by 9:30am replaced the capacitor, checked system functionality all done by 10:17am

Again -- I had AC maintenance needs and I was planning on calling CC. But I also had tankless water heater needs and plumbing needs, all very recently. I called a few plumbing folks today and they tried to swindle me -- saying they can't fix a leak unless I replace the sink and faucet through them.

I called CC and inquired. No problem -- within a few hours, Luis arrived and, again, took care of all our needs. Then came payment -- unbelievably fair pricing. Luis is a pro and figures things out. We are beyond satisfied.

Eric assessed the situation and provided options and helped me come up with what I'm happy with, no pressure. Eddie and Joe came and installed my new unit in one day! and it was raining that day! Very professional!

I reached out to Complete Comfort on Saturday morning for assistance in repairing the AC system at my rental property in Mission Viejo, CA.

Mauricio analyzed the problem and called me with his analysis, the required repair and estimated costs. Upon my approval, he completed the work and restored the air conditioning in the house.
