I was scrambling to find an AC repair tech with the heatwave starting and a 5 mos old in the house. I went through my home warranty and they couldnâ t find anyone so I was left to find someone on my own; thankfully I found Complete Comfort & Maintenance. They quickly understood the situation and had someone onsite in an hour!!! From the customer service to the completion of work, I couldnâ t be happier and they saved the day for sure. The technician, Eric, was extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend them on professionalism and courtesy alone. Itâ s a competitive business and thatâ s what separates them from the competition.

We bought a place that looks great but has some years on it so the heating system and AC were way old and failing. I made an appointment with Complete Comfort and they carefully measured out our layout and got us a quote. We agreed on a system that would be best for us and in a couple of weeks the installation guys came out. Eric and his team of four were very professional and helped me with any questions that I had. They were efficient, kept things clean in the house, and we’re done in a couple of days. The HVAC system is working great!

Luis Dorado examine my heating and cooling system. Went through an inspection on my system and responded to me in a timely matter to my surprise. Pedro from John Stevenson serviced my HVAC System. i believe this company (based in Carlsbad) is the newer owner of Complete Comfort (Lake Forest). Pedro was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did a thorough HVAC assessment, maintenance, and test. An estimate is pending for two longer term issues that we will consider versus consideration of a new system given the age of our current (20 years). No sales pressure or upsell. Good guy!

Complete Comfort provided fast and efficient service to fix my thermostat and Eric the technician was so polite and helpful. I called for an appointment and they were at my door within a day or two. Eric quickly fixed my thermostat and it is up and running great! Amazing customer service! I’ve also worked with Mike and his staff to get me a quote for air conditioning. I look forward to working with them in the future once my HOA approves me to move forward!
