Amber Air Conditioning Inc.

I was getting estimates for a new air conditioning system for my home. Amber Air was one of three. I met Phil Minnis, general manager. He was friendly, sincere and honest. I decided to use Amber Air, and it was a great choice. On day if install, three men showed up, Lay, the foreman, Juan and Bret, all worked very hard and cleaned up well after install. I had a minor issue with outside unit. I called Phil and he told me they would do whatever I wanted. The problem was fixed to my satisfaction. Great company to do business with.

Phillip and the two techs went out of their way to get our AC up and running. Phillip came early morning and said it was the fan motor. Two techs came back, spent hours on the hot roof and came down smiling, kind and polite. Can't ask for better customer service. Thanks so much.

After fire in our neighborhood, we had to change our air filters. We have a contract service agreement with Amber Air who was just out here last month to change filters and check out systems, but we still needed to change them cuz the fire was close. We searched for filters our size to no avail, but Amber had everything we needed!! We love our bi annual check ups and the fact that they are available whenever we need them so comforting!

My air conditioner started making noise and I was referred to them by someone who used to work for them because he wasn't able to see me in a timely matter. He told me they would treat me fairly. I called on a Friday and they were able to send someone out Monday (luckily, the weather had cooled down). A very nice technician called when he was on his way and got right to work once he arrived. Originally thought it was the free-on based on readings he was getting, but when he got inside and didn't hear the blower, he went into the attic and found that it was an inexpensive part that went bad. He quickly replaced it, cleaned and replaced my filters and even cleaned off the outside unit. All in all, it took less than an hour and the air was back to normal. I highly recommend them!

This is a well ran company. I’ve had them do a super hard install and I just had them out on a repair. The girls up front were on it and Tyler came out the same day. He knows his stuff and is personable. Unfortunately it took me 4 prior HVAC companies to find these guys but I’m glad I did. 👍🏼

Joe was great. My air condioner I habe had since 1998. Just had it serviced and Joe Folmer went far and beyond his duty. I highly recommend Amber. Thanks Joe.

Very impressed with receptionist, ease of scheduling. Joe, the a/c repair guy quickly came out and repaired the a/c. Cleaned up after the job, very personable and knowledgable. Also, the repair was very reasonable compared to others.

We renovated our guesthouse and had Amber Air install a brand new unit. They had the best price and did a great job---highly recommended!
