The AC Repair Tech was thorough and courteous. He waved the cost of the visit, since he was unable to repair the AC unit on his first visit.

We had Morgan stop by and he gave us excellent customer service I appreciated him walking us through and educating us on the important parts of the ac unit

They charged 88 dollars to diagnose and they diagnosed incorrectly and told me I need a new wall unit and they would charge 4500 dollars for it. Other places had told me 3000. So not only they're wrong they're expensive. Had someone else fix my unit for 300 dollars. So no I do NOT recommend people who overcharge and don't even do their job right. Even the estimated work u they gave me was completely wrong.

I called NexGen because my heater was not working very well and they were able to get tech, Roger Cuadra, out to me that day! Roger was so great to work with, he explained everything to me in details I could understand, he was very thoughtful while being in my home (he was even quiet when my boyfriend was on a work call!) and ultimately fixed the problem in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling NexGen next time and will be requesting Roger!

When I booked my appointment I specifically said it needed to be first thing in the morning as I have to work in the afternoon. I was assured that was not a problem. Unfortunately I spent my entire morning waiting only to be told they would be here in the afternoon. This is not acceptable service I am disappointed to say the least.
