Solid and honest. Such an amazing human. He is a rare find. He genuinely cares about you, and he is there to help. There is absolutely no trying to sell you on anything. He literally comes to do good work and stands behind it. He is easily accessible by phone, and he does his best to get to you as soon as possible. He is a true go-to guy. I wish he did every type of contracting work because I would trust him with any project. I am happy to be able to recommend him for all HVAC needs.

The AC at the office started not working during the heat wave the past couple of months... over the past month we had several AC guys come out and look at it. One said need to replace the unit - upgrade $2800.00 or new unit $6000.00. One wanted $2200.00 replace compressor... etc.

Ray from D C Mechanical shows up and identifies the problem... compressor motor had wires hanging out and managed to fix until it can be replaced for $300.00. Also replaced a bad capacitor to the compressor fan motor. Went the extra mile and ran a water hose up to the roof and cleaned out the coil, etc. Custom server = Great! Workmanship = Great! Value = Excellent! Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I had another group give me a ridiculous quote to pressure test and fill our unit. Chad filled the unit at a third of the other group's quote and his quote to pressure test was a fifth of the other group's quote. I tipped him $70 just because the other guys were such a rip off. AC is blowing cold :-)

Chad is the best- incredibly reliable, honest and friendly. We use him for commercial refrigeration and freezer repair and couldn't recommend enough.
