Apex heating and air conditioning

Apex completed 5 ton heating and ac conditioning system replacement in my house. From getting a quote to installation only took 5 days! They were on time, professional, and very efficient. Their quote was very competitive, and they also went above and beyond to replace all the grills, open up another return air access, and correct minor ducting issue all in one day. Can’t wait for summer and have a very cool summer time!

Jake was on time and very professional during his time here. He assessed our issue and even took pictures of the condition our property managers brother in law left everything. Big thanks to Johnny & Jake for the fast fix on our great 15 year old A/C! We have not done a thing, but run it, for all those years & it served us well. So when it stopped working completely, we were sure it would have to be replaced. I called Apex & they showed up the next morning. (Shocked) They gave us a 2 hour window and then texted me & shortened it to a 1 hour window. (When does that happen?) We figured it would be days to get a repair. (It's been a little hot lately, if you haven't noticed) Jake had the parts needed for the fix & had it done within an hour. Being a locally owned family business is also a big plus for us because we are a mom & pop shop too. Thanks boys, hopefully we wont see you for another 15yrs!

Professional, experienced, responsive, very reasonable price and great workers. Home visit was scheduled promptly. Their senior technician went over all options and gave me the best recommendations(much better than Costco's rep). I decided to replace a 18 year unit and they were kind to come out Saturday to install it. Old unit was removed, new furnace area was wrapped (very nicely) and new units in place.
They went above and beyond to do it right, clean and efficient. The owner John is a very reasonable person.
Their technical crew(ohnny, Jake & Josh) did a wonderful job. My wife was happy for once.

We had a very favorable experience with Apex. We dealt with the owner, John Mullins. He was very professional and efficient. The heater went out in a home we rent to a family. The tenants and their two toddlers were very cold. I first spoke to John early on a Saturday morning. By 1:00 pm, the same day, the new heating system was installed. Our regular HVAC company told us it would take several days to install a new system. Apex saved our tenants and their children from several more days and nights of discomfort. We highly recommend Apex.

had to install a new condensate pump for our A/C since our old drain was under the floor & it was causing moisture to come up through the concrete. Needed to fix it since we were installing new luxury vinyl flooring.
