We were set up with an appointment within 2 hours after they first called. Lewis did a great job. He explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. And then he did it. EXCELLENT!

We had a new furnace installed by another company in the winter. Our A/C had been working but it had been making a grinding noise which we could hear on the first floor. One tech came and was in and out in a jiffy. The problem was that the other company didn't set the proper blower speed for the A/C.
