I have been Blessed to use Marvel air conditioning on two separate occasions over the years. From the Lady Mel that answered the phone to the rest of the crew, Jerry, Luis and Enrique.
They will fit you in and be there for you when your sweating like a dog,
they come to you rescue.
Very friendly and the best part is they not only fix your problem, they show you exactly what is wrong and what they must do to fix your problem.
Their prices are very reasonable compared to most.
I never write reviews, but I was compelled to do so in their case.

Very friendly and professional company and employees. We purchased a Train Hi-Efficiency air conditioning & heating system. We really didn't know how much we could save. We were told we would save a lot, but are so happy to have saved 60% on are summer cooling. Will certainly recommend Marvel Air

I have been using Marvel Air Conditioning & Heating for all my heating and cooling needs for years. At my current home they installed a great heating and air conditioning unit the works perfectly in the summer and winter. All the techs who have come out are both knowledgeable and courteous.

We had a wonderful experience with Marvel Air. They are a very honest company. You don't have to worry about them trying to sell you something that you don't need. They are quick to respond to your needs, professional and a great company over all. I will definitely call them for any future issues we may have. Thank you!

I highly recommend Marvel Airconditioning & Heating, Inc., from initial encounter with Gerry, who was pleasant, respectful, professional & knowledgeable. After his assessment of my AC/Heating needs, he presented me with scenarios & pros/cons of each. As promised, a few days later, he emailed me 3 different proposals for my review & consideration based on my needs/budget. His pricing I would say is very competitive, with all things considered (I had a total of 6 contractors come in with about 3 proposals each contractor. Marvel is not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive). After a decision was made, I called the office & a very enthusiastic Mel scheduled the install date for 3 days on July 10-12, 2018 (not bad for a removal of old & install of new AC outdoor condenser, new indoor furnace, new thermostat, new grills & new air ducts).

Installation day was when I met Luis & Enrique who eventually did the whole project. I must admit, I was impressed with how these guys are almost like Gerry, pleasant, respectful, professional & knowledgeable. They answered all my questions even in the middle of what they're doing. This conveys respect to their customers. And as the day goes along, Luis updated me of how things are going, without being asked. Same thing on the 2nd & 3rd/final day of the project.

I believe budget is one of the biggest factors in deciding which way to go, with such a big home investment. But I would say TRUST is something that can't be bought, thus my biggest factor in my selection. Definitely Marvel earned my trust, from Gerry, Mel, Luis & Enrique, all of which exhibited top-notch customer service. Don't decide somewhere without first checking Marvel out. I rate Marvel maximum 5-STARS!!!

I had Marvel Air install a furnace and dual AC system in my house a few years ago. The Trane units they installed were energy efficient and are still working great! I use Marvel Air to service my rental house and my parents house. I wouldn't use anyone else! I highly recommend Marvel Air Conditioning & Heating.

Highly recommend Marvel for friendly professional service and they finished the job 1 day ahead of schedule! They first came out to evaluate what was needed for a small home built in 1947. Gerry hooked me up with a 2 ton Ameristar (made by Trane) system because of limited space for the AC unit. The installation team was friendly, reliable and on time. My first time living in a home with HVAC, what a luxury and so quiet. The system also connects to WiFi so you can control and monitor it from your phone. So happy to live in a home built post WWII that is now updated to 21st century. The recommendation was perfect and they did excellent service.

Marvel Air Conditioning is Marvelous! The whole process was simple and quick. We had other offers, but Marvel was far less. The owner was very knowledgeable and everyone was kind and respectful. The air conditioning unit is quiet and works great.

Marvel installed a brand new HVAC system and ducting in our house. The work was thorough, and the system has performed flawlessly. All trash and old duct work was hauled away and the area cleaned up. Working with the office staff has been a pleasure, they are professional and keep us up to date on appointment arrival times.

Marvel AC, in conjunction with the manufacturer, replaced my 8 year old ac compressor under my 10 year warranty at no cost to me. I have been a customer of Marvel for eight years and have always been very satisfied with their service. Tom N.
