Excellent, knowledgable service. I highly recommend this company. We called during the heatwave of September 2020 (it got up to 111 F in our city). I knew that we would have to get in line to get an appointment time because the company would be overwhelmed with calls. Marvel had excellent ratings and I felt that it would be worth it to wait the week for the earliest available appointment. It was worth the wait. Service was professional, courteous, and efficient. A very positive experience. Again, I recommend Marvel.

This is my third time working with Gerry and his team at Marvel A/C. They just completed work on upgrading my existing A/C system to a more efficient Heat Pump system and I couldn’t be happier. Gerry is very knowledgeable and has years of experience in all Trane products. I like that he is always available to address any questions or concerns and that his office staff are very courteous. His team of installers are top notch! They are very thorough, on time and left my house every day as if they had never been there.
Once the job was complete, Gerry Took the time to give me a walkthrough of the system Maintenance, components and the thermostat. I will continue to use Marvel for any of my A/C or Heating needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable company that backs up their product and service.

Wish I knew about these guys earlier, I got their name on a recommendation. Their bid was actually lower than some of the "Big Names," but damn they did a fantastic job!!! I live in an older house that I had AC put into years ago. Over the years you can tell something was just not right.

These guys came in and put in a new system. It has never worked so well. It took them 3 days to completely rip out the old system and install a new one, prompt, courteous and the crew was always working.

5 stars is not good enough for these guys. Give them a try and you surely won't be disappointed.

I would give them a higher mark if I could. My A/C wasn't working and the company that put in our unit was giving us the run-around. The fuse on our A/C had blown a couple of times and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. I called and talked to Gerry at Marvel Air Conditioning and Heating. Not only did he spend time on the phone with me to understand what the problem was, but he came over on short notice and was able to diagnose it. The company that put in our A/C unit charged $275 and didn't fix the problem. Marvel Air Conditioning and Heating charged only $104. Not only exceptional service but what a reasonable price! I will always call them in the future!

5 stars are not adequate for the exceptional experience I had with Marvel. A strong "10" would be more like it! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and personal contacts with the office staff. The two gentlemen installing my A/C system could not have been more knowledgeable or efficient. All in all, a totally positive experience. Don't go anywhere else. Marvel absolutely can take pride not only in their product, but in the training and positive customer service demonstrated by their staff.

I just want to tell anyone looking for the most professional,

Finally, we have a new AC "HVAC" system installed. Just to let you know how pleased we were with the work of Gerry's Crew/Technician. They're professional, courteous and thorough in completing their tasks. Gerry came out gave us an estimate that was very reasonable. Gerry explained everything we asked with enthusiasm and patience. He speaks very highly of his company and its commitment to customer services. Jose the Technician and the rest, when he arrived that day, he explained first what they're going to do before they start working (I like that). They're professional, and we love the way it looks, after they finished the job (nice and neat). Thank you, thank you for the amazing service. MARVEL AC was our first pick when our ac unit stopped working. We were having a party that weekend so we needed it fixed fast. They had good availability during that week and sent someone within 48 hrs of our call. Jerry came out - such a nice guy! He was positive and professional. Fixed our ac in under 30 minutes. Unfortunately my unit decided to act up again but Sheila made it happen to get Jerry out again and he took care of everything. He even showed my husband what he worked on exactly.
