Today the manager, Benny, exemplified what customer service is really all about.

A chair that I had bought about three months ago had already worn out.

When I called, I was told to bring the chair back and they would help me with another selection.

Benny was the person who had helped me previously and was now the manager.

The whole exchange was hassle free and I am very happy with the new chair!

"That was easy!"

I look forward to working with Benny and his team in the future.

Love this store. They always have what I need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient.

I usually have an awesome experience here, and have loved the quick and efficient help that I always get. Today however, the service was terrible. I will go back, but I'll be pickier about who I ask to help me next time.

Staples really makes shopping easy! I always find what I'm looking for, and if they don't have it in store, there's a computer you can go to and have whatever you need shipped either to the store or elsewhere for free! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well!

I needed a ergonomic trackball and not only did they know what I was talking, they had one. In and out in about 10 minutes. I will shop here again.

Always had a good selection. Quit shopping there when I learned it was owned by Bain Capital and they were trying to break the USPS union. Prefer OfficeMax/Depot.

How do you know? ? Anyway, the service was very good and helpful. I would go again, If I needed supplies for our office.

I love this store, as a real estate professional I value great customer service helpful staff and the friendly happy managers and cashiers. Of all the staples stores La Quinta is my favorite!

Horrible service...unprofessional...the customer comes last...within 5 minutes reminded me why I have chosen their competition for the last 3+ years...driving by and thought I would check it out...different faces then 3+ years ago, but same lack of professionalism, horrible service, customer comes last mentality...walked out without making a purchase...expect in another 3 years they will be bankrupt, screwing the American taxpayer for their incompetence over decades...the worst that America has to offer
