When I moved here last fall I had Kevin come out to turn on my Tree of Life gas stove. Not only did he turn it on but he thoroughly cleaned it and serviced another gas heater upstairs where he found a leak. He knows his stuff!

Superior service ..even when busy, Steve does not delay calling me back to schedule my jobs. He has kept me in the delivery loop for repair parts to my insert.

With snow falling and temperatures plummeting we woke up to a cold house with no heat. Steve sent Kevin to help us out. Seldom, if ever, have we met a such a polite and gracious technician. He analyzed the problem quickly, replaced the igniter and helped us get everything going again. Come to find out Kevin is an Idyllwild native. We are very fortunate. He also had our home's records on his phone which let him know what had been done in the past. And he helped put together this beautiful website. Thanks.....Kevin.

It is my pleasure to highly recommend Idyllwild Heating and Cooling. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. They installed 2 Kuma fireplace inserts in my home to keep us toasty warm during the winter. The work was impecable and both fireplaces look fabulous. I also recently purchased 2 Ecofans that sit on the top of each insert. These fans require no electricity and do a fabulous job moving the hot air from the insert to the surrounding room. I am so grateful to have Steve and his employees to help make my mountain home a little bit of heaven.

When describing are houses we like to convey a feeling of pride of ownership, a welcoming sanctuary for family and friends, this stove has transformed a house devoid of a conversational piece ,into gallery showcasing a piece of art. My first encounter was in the showroom, greeted by Onai who's welcoming deposition had me at ease within minutes , I was then introduced to Steve who carried on like I was a neighbor and genuinely cared about some issues with the house I was having, I knew then I would be doing business with Idyllwild Heating and Cooling. Anyone who cares for people ,will put care into what there doing for you.Steve's advice and willingness to explain how my choices would be affected, have me sitting in a home warmed by a piece of art, made possible by friends with a warming nature.
