Cole's Heating & AC Repair

After my experience, I felt compelled to write this review. What seemed like a simply service call, turned into a ride with a sales vulture. At first glance they sound very nice on the phone but the entire process once they arrive feels very icky and sleezy. After miscommunications and a no show on our first schedule and then a cancellation on our second schedule, I should have ended my relationship with them there and followed my senses based on reviews I'm seeing here on Yelp. I decided to give them yet another chance to redeem themselves and Victor is show up. Like the other reviews mentioned, victor claimed that I have issues and need to replace my heater. Because of that, he said he was not able to perform any work and was not able to service my heater. He noted a gas leak and that he could not reach my filter because it was an old furnace and said that his supervisor would come by the next day. I decided at that point to phone a family friend who is a heat technician and also another local mom/pop business to also stop by the next day. The other technicians noted no gas leak from their gas detectors but also no leak from the pipes either based on a soap test. My family friend technician was also able to then locate the filter and I was able to clean this myself very easily. I was not happy with Cole service and will not be returning. This is a dishonest business.

This is the nicest company you could deal with! Everyone you speak to is knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. I had a service visit done recently. The young man who came out was all of the above

Air Conditioners I was in a quandary because I was very unwell. This company listened to my plight and delivered two units in 3 hours.They even carried the units upstairs to my bedroom. I now recommend them to everyone. Thank you. I'll be using them eventually for a fixed system.
