They are not warranting there equipment that should be under warranty, on there new inverter equipment.
They want there dealers to get the warranty parts not independent contractors. And they sell to unlicensed people.

Short and sweet visit. Happy they had the part we needed. Fast and friendly.

I have been dealing with the gents at this particular branch for quite some time now. The service and attentiveness to my company's needs have and are still is 100%. The manager (Robert) is always a pleasure to deal with and understands the industry and what a contractors needs and wants are. Experience and reliability are key components in our trade and you can bet the boys at this branch are nothing short of both of these attributes.

I didn’t purchase anything here because they can’t sell to the public, but their customer service was awesome. They helped with locating my part and gave recommendations on where I could purchase. Most people would of just hung up. Thank you for helping me with my search.

Worst distributor to deal with. Parts never on time, employees got attitude problems, would never bet my business on them again. Be smart and go with quality suppliers.

Doing AC business 10 years I do not recommend this place for buying parts. Strange return policy. Parts are overpriced for contractors.

Art and the staff are insanely extremely knowledgeable they go way beyond and above to serve the industry

better deals online then this overpriced place.
