Professional service technician. He explained to me what was wrong with my air conditioner and how he planned on fixing it. He did let me know what the price would be before he started any repairs to make sure that I was ok with the pricing. I am extremely satisfied and thankful that my mom referred them to me. Mr. William Plumlee and a coworker (can't remember his name) from Lakeside Heating and Air came out to repair & modify my ducting at our home. Both gentlemen were very courteous, pleasant and professional. William took the time to explain his findings and recommendations to best improve our air handling needs along with a reduced price from the original estimate. Our whole-house ducted swamp cooler and gas water heater were both 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I contacted Will at Lakeside and he and his team replaced both for less money than I expected. They have now put the swamp cooler to bed for the winter and will service it again in the spring to keep it in top condition.

I especially appreciate that they are responsive, they actually show up when they say they will and do the job agreed upon. Excellent company.

Had some issues Will came by personally and corrected, still not sure about having them out again as I was so stressed out about coming up with thousands of dollars for new unit that I was told I needed when another company came out and just added refrigerant and 2 months in and A/C still working great. So just my opinion.

Unfortunately my home air conditioner started blowing hot air on a Sunday night. I contacted Will and he was able to schedule me an appointment next day. The technician that came by was polite and knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the issue and fix it right then and there. Very happy customer.

Working with a Property Management company we use many vendors for repairs. Lakeside Heating and Air is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and NOT pricey! They are dependable and thorough. I have used them at my own home and will continue to do so!

Will came out to my residence as a second opinion and found out the cause of the AC not cooling down the house and gave an estimate on how much is going to cost to fix it after the first guy said it was a leak low on coolant and said he couldn't work on it due to the heater installation. Will came with the gauges the meter and even got up in the attic to check whatever needed to be checked something that the other guy from Total comfort solutions did not do I highly recommend lakeside heating and Air conditioning this service was super helpful and great thank you will for coming out and getting to the root of the problem.
