My service person was neat, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and dealt with the issue at hand on the first visit.

Erick and Hank were great and very thorough. He made sure that he explained what he was doing and if I had any questions. He also made some repair recommendations to look out for. Great guy and very helpful. Hank spoke with the owner Jim Smith and was able to provide a very good resolution to my furnace issues.

I was having problems with my heater. I received a flyer in mail for American heat and air conditioning and they would come out and service my heater for $129.00. I made appointment and he came on time. Looked at my heater and took pictures and then let me know what the problem with my system was. My heater was really old and I basically need an entire new unit put in. Since he diagnosed the problem there was no reason for him to service my system and did not charge me anything. It’s nice when a company has great customer service like the good old days! I will definitely use them in the future when we decide to get a new system.

My husband did, Wm. I. Johnson (Bill) He states the inspection went well, with good suggestion for updated mainteness for the future .

Francisco and Eddie arrived in a timely manner. They were very professional and friendly. They had a lot of knowledge and explained the maintenance to me. In addition to my maintenance they cleaned and inspected my water heater as well.

I requested a tech to come to my house and check for A/C gaps where flies were gaining access into the house, buf found none. The fireplace opening was likely the one to be blamed and to be taking care of.

They were very polite and easy to work with . Installed new furnace. They worked very quickly. From beginning to end in 1 and 1/2 days. Nice to have heat again. Thank you. Also, very clean.
