Danny was the best tech. American Air Conditioning was my 3rd tech to come out and they actually fixed my heating system vs recommending a new unit.

Danny explained what he was doing so I could follow it. He was efficient and thorough.

I am very thankful to find that an honest A/C and heating company exists. I had a great experience with everyone from the ladies answering the phone, to the tech Brent. He was very knowledgeable about my dinosaur of a unit, and explained everything thoroughly. He also patiently answered all my questions.

I've been trying to make this guys to remove my name from their mailing list by phone 4 times, I personally went to their office and I was treated really bad, a woman talked to me over an intercom after I rang the bell many times and after so many attempts then they make me wait for like around 20 minutes...
Then I tried again and a fat woman came out with bad attitude and asked me that what is that I want so I told her that I want them to remove my name from their mailing list...
I gave her the letter that I received and she took it and slammed the door on my face...
If you are treated like that I wouldn't want a company like this one to do any type of service on my house...

Furnace was not working. Was promised a same-day Saturday service. Received texts notification of technician’s identity with a picture and approximate arrival time. Technician arrived five minutes earlier. Jared was very professional and courteous. He explained the problem and made the repair. Highly recommend this company.
