Hector Mejia did a great job with the hvac system maintenance at my home. He introduced me to a helper device that will add longevity to the a/c compressor. It really does majorly reduce the initial start up voltage. Happy he brought it to my attention.

Johnny Vista came to our house, and gave an honest, efficient review and maintenance of our AC system. I was really happy with the results, and his professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Ramiro was great very professional, explained everything clearly. Our experience in the past was horrible. We have been primer members for years paying for a quarterly membership. To be treated the way we were last summer to be without out air for days with the quality of customer service was unacceptable. they sent a maintenance man to do the diagnostic on our unit he claimed it was freon leak but it was actually a back up condensation pipe . It took them days before a technician came out to do the work on the supposed freon leak . After he left we were still experiencing the same problem . So I did my own research and fixed the problem myself avoiding having to pay another $500 bucks . I think Ramiro might have save them from losing a customer.

Juan, along with any of the technicians that have come to my home for maintenance calls, have been very professional, thorough and informative. They take pictures of each step of the service and go through it with you at the end. American Air also provides friendly, excellent communication in scheduling , and confirming appointments and in notifying me when technician is on his way.

The precision HVAC tuneup is good as advertised. Their guys are knowledgeable and they educate the customers about their systems and what to expect. Chris was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Would definitely use their services again.

I was very impressed with Johnny Vista and his services. He was very thorough and explained in detail the work. Very happy to have used American AC & Heating services.

Jonathan B. did a great job of serving our AC/Heater unit. He was extremely professional, answered all of our questions and explained some of the inner workings of our unit. He gets an A+.

Danny Padilla did a great job today taking care of my air conditioner getting ready for the hot weather… He did all the required maintenance quickly and professionally and he was on time (which I really appreciate )!

Francisco Silva was here on time and did a great job going over all the services he would provide. He was here for over one hour and was very professional.
