Thoroughly impressed with the service, particularly with our technician Johnny Vista. We’ve had maintenance done before and he was able to fix issues that other people said couldn’t be fixed. He also found a gas leak at the valve on our water heater. Whoever last serviced it didn’t close it properly! I wanted to write this review to give him a shout out for being a nice guy and doing great work.

I called this company on a Friday
for my AC tune up and they booked me an appoinment the next day. George the technician was awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeble and answered all the questions that I had. He even went above and beyond by explaining the little details that regular people wouldn't understand easly. I would highly recommend this company and especially George.

Joshua our technician was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in describing what he was doing to our system. Definitely made me smile (part of their brand promise) with outstanding customer and technical service!

I've had a service club membership with American Air Conditioning and Heating for several years and always appreciate how thorough and professional the technicians are. A few months ago, I upgraded my system, so when Jonathan Barron came out today, I didn't think he would have much to do. He was still able to identify areas to keep an eye on and made recommendations for ongoing maintenance. He wore his shoe covers inside, kept an eye out for my (many) cats, and worked quickly. A big thank you to Jonathan for his time today.

Juan was very friendly and very thorough. He explained everything that he was going to do on our 6 month service and then showed pictures as he went along. We are very pleased.

The technician and the sales representative were both great! It was a super informative appt with lots of options and both had great social skills and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Chris was very friendly and respectful. Chris, and his trainee Chris thoroughly looked through the system and showed me pictures of the area they were working on, as well as the temperatures they took at each of the vents into the rooms. I informed him that I thought during the prior installation that they missed installing a few dampeners in the ducts but that it was in the contract. He looked through the system and sure enough, they were missing. He promptly showed me where in the contract it said that it was in writing but also scheduled the installation crew to come out at their earliest time. I am very happy with their service.

I would and have already recommended your company to friends and family. I was very very pleased with the service. It's hard to Find and trust at accompany nowadays let alone refer them to anyone! Explained everything And showed me Pictures of everything. Can't say enough of good things about my experience.

The young gentleman was professional, warm and friendly. He clearly explained everything as to what he was doing and why.
He was considerate of his surroundings and made sure the areas he was working in -- from the front door to the heater -- were kept clean and neat. He represented America Air as a fine professional who was a cut above. I hope he is the one who comes back for the next servicing appointment.
