VigilAir Heating and Cooling

Used Vigil to install my new AC system in 2019. They also replaced all the 45+ year old ducts in my attic. They were well priced compared to others, and they were always on time and communicated well any updates. Recently the system had an issue and they responded quickly and made the repair under warranty, no issues at all. A truly local company run by a nice, honest family! I would recommend them highly.

I shopped a number of vendors for my purchase and installation.
Not only were their quotes higher than Vigil, their approach was very unprofessional. One of them would not come out because it was too hot, then tried to sell me the individual room system. Vigil had such great reviews. Don't believe you make people happy with your work unless they are. It was right priced, they were very professional and it was done right. Use them.

After investing a couple of HVAC companies we went with VigilAir and they did a great job! Their installers were wonderful and so respectable during the whole process. We had one room that wasn't getting enough cooling we called them and the next day they sent someone who took care of it and now it is perfect. I highly recommend this company!

After spending a few months entertaining HVAC quotes Robert came out to go over the project.

He was able to provide multiple estimates and also was flexible with my initial thoughts of a system.

I had a more costly setup in mind because I thought that is what I would need to have proper contrail air, he advised to go with his recommended lower costing vent setup and worst case reach out if cooling and heating were not sufficient.

He was right about what would be needed to provide Comfort needs and also his team was beyond professional, fast with install and test and responsive to inquiries later.

The estimates they provided were also extremely great for the value you received in both the system and the service.

Robert, Fernando, Mike, and Rafael worked super hard to fit an AC unit into a very small crawl space. I’m really happy with the work they performed because they did what they said they were going to do, were VERY clean with their work, quoted me a fair price, and finished on time.
